XALANT

Where grid and fiber end, agents begin.

Edge · Power · Communications — three companies, one site, one machine.

Edge data centers, off-grid clean power and satellite connectivity designed to be delivered as one platform, enabling the new frontier.

The transition to an AI-driven economy cannot run on legacy grids and centralized fiber.

01 · SITE

Campus wide

You bring a use case. We bring the site, the power, the backhaul and the compute as one contract.

  1. The site boundary. Power, cooling and backhaul are all inside it by design.
  2. Cooling plant designed for direct-to-chip liquid as well as precision air.
  3. On-site fuel storage for the bridge phase, sized for autonomy between deliveries.
02 · POWER

Power district

Firm, off-grid power from day one, on a dated ladder to geothermal and to a fluoride-salt reactor.

  1. Phase-one battery storage, holding the site through generator transitions.
  2. An enhanced-geothermal wellhead. A project concept on a multi-year horizon, not a built asset.
  3. Fluoride-salt reactor geometry as final phase.
03 · COMMS

Communications district

Satellite first, fibre second — a site is designed to be connected before a trench is dug.

  1. Where the satellite path meets the terrestrial network, and where fibre lands in a later phase.
04 · EDGE

Edge district and studio

One factory-built hall, liquid-ready, with the studio block beside it for the people who keep it running.

  1. Uninterruptible supply and dual-feed distribution, designed to carry the hall through a transfer.
  2. The Remote Development Center studio block: engineers and support staff living on the campus.

The bottleneck

Three constraints meet in one place, and that place is the site.

  • Compute

AI and Web3 workloads want dense compute close to where the data is made. At the centralized core it is slow to reach and expensive to hold.

  • Power

Hyperscale sites face rising power costs and a dependency on ageing, congested grids — and an interconnection queue measured in years.

  • Connectivity

Rural and under-served markets do not have the terrestrial fibre backhaul a modern data centre is normally designed around.

Core insight

The transition to an AI-driven economy cannot run on legacy grids and centralized fiber.

Three companies · Edge is the hub

One campus, three companies, four markets to start.

Edge is the hub. Power and Communications are lit from it, so a use case meets one contract rather than three procurements.

How it works · The integration engine

A flywheel, not a stack: power, compute and connectivity compound at the edge.

  1. Generate

Power is made on the site itself — bridge generation first, enhanced geothermal and a fluoride-salt reactor on the ladder behind it.

  2. Process

That power is designed to feed edge data centers on the same pad, running high-density AI and Web3 workloads next to the demand.

  3. Connect

Ground gateways carry the processed result back to the wider network — satellite first, so a site is connected before a trench is dug.

  4. Yield

Surplus baseload power and spare gateway capacity are planned to be offered to the community around the site, any excess sold back to a grid.
